Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs and a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We are unable to accept returns for Firearm, NFA and Ammunition sales.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please Contact Us with your order number requesting to cancel the order. All orders are automatically processed through our merchant processer and incur irreversible fees ranging from 5%-8% of the refund amount.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on shipping to AK and HI, we offer free shipping of orders $100 or more to the 48 CONUS states, we may ask you to cover additional shipping fees if shipped to OCONUS states. Note that serialized products, such as but not limited to: Firearms, Suppressors, Lower receivers, and Short barrel rifles require shipping to a Licensed FFL/SOT dealer. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Protection Policy & FAQ

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection covers the full cost of your shipment in the event the carrier loses or damages the product before arrival.

What if the product is slightly damaged and I prefer to keep it?

Not an issue, we will look over pictures provided and come to an agreement for issued Freedom Bucks or have a partial refund returned to the payment method used.

When can I claim a lost or damaged shipment?

Please Contact Us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery, or 5 days after tracking has been updated from the carrier, but you had not received the package.

What if I decline Shipping Protection?

By declining Shipping Protection, you agree to our Shipping Protection Policy and your shipment will only be covered with the included $100 coverage from the carrier.

Is signature required for Shipping Protection?

Not on all shipments, any shipments that are valued at $500 or greater, or are serialized firearms will require signature confirmation due to carrier policies. If you wish to opt in for signature required on packages that do not require it, please notate it in the comments section and it will be added at no additional cost.

How much does Shipping Protection cost?

Shipping Protection costs 1.7% of the items value.
